• What are your opening hours?

  Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5pm
  Saturdays: 8.30am - 2pm
  Sundays: Closed

• Do you offer a Plan & Design Service?

  Yes. We charge a small call-out fee to visit your home to obtain measurements and discuss style ideas.
  The fee is then taken off your quotation so essentially, it’s free.
  Alternatively, you are welcome to provide your own measurements for a free, no-obligation quote.

• Do you offer an installation service?

  Yes, we offer a full installation service that can include removing and disposing of your old kitchen.
  We can include standard plumbing and electrics.
  (Gas appliances need to be disconnected and reconnected by your own gas safety engineer.)

• Do you offer a delivery service?

  Yes, delivery charges apply. Please ask for details

• How soon can I have my kitchen?

  Lead time for Supply Only is approx. 10 working days from deposit of order.
  Lead time for Supply & Installation is between 4 & 6 weeks. Subject to diary availability.

• How long does the installation take?

  Installation time can vary depending on the size and the amount of work required.
  Typically for a full service of rip-out, replace & connect plumbing & electrics it can take between 3 and 5 working days.

• Do the Kitchens come with a Guarantee?

  Yes, all our goods have manufacturers' warranties. Please make sure you register any new appliances to activate the warranty.

• Are the Kitchen Carcases supplied assembled or Flatpack?

  We manufacture and build our own carcase’s so they are supplied fully assembled with the doors and drawer runners fully fitted. We do not offer a Flatpack service.

• Do you supply replacement kitchen Doors & Drawer fronts?

  Yes, we offer a wide range of different styles and colours at very competitive prices.
  Sizes of each door and drawerfront are very important. A rough sketch of door layout with each height and width of each facia along with noting if they open Left hand or right hand can help us make your order easier.

• What is a “3 Meter Run”?

  We are famous for our “3 Meter Runs” of kitchen units available to view and take away straight off our shop floor. A typical run includes various sizes of base units and various sizes of wall units together with a laminate worktop that totals a length of 3 metres. All sold at ridiculously low clearance prices!

• What are my payment options?

  We offer discounts for CASH or BANK TRANSFER.
  Alternatively, we can take debit/credit card payments; however, we cannot take your details over the phone. We can email you a link for you to pay by credit card if needed.

• Do you offer finance?

  Yes, we offer 0% interest-free finance over 2 years! Alternatively, you can spread the cost over a maximum of 10 years with competitive interest rates. Terms & Conditions Apply.

• What is the difference between “A Grade” & “B Grade”?

  “A Grade” is brand new stock ordered in and supplied to your specification.
  “B Grade” goods are generously discounted due to the stock being: End of line, Discontinued, Ex Display etc. They are NOT perfect; however, in most cases you wouldn’t know they are “B Graded”.
  They can come with minor cosmetic defects, and not all accessories have perfect matches. They are all sold subject to availability, but the price tag is worth the compromise.
