The delivery is calculated automatically at checkout, based on *PricePerMile* per mile from *Postcode*. We will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date and time within 14 days.
Our Returns Policy
B’ Graded, Clearance, & 3mtr Runs - NO RETURN!
- All B’ Graded, Clearance & 3mtr Runs are subject to availability and may also be one-offs.
- We highly recommend you arrange to collect these goods yourself so you can see the condition you are buying.
- 4k's Kitchens can not be held responsible for any goods damaged in transit.
- All B’ Graded, Clearance & 3mtr Runs do have imperfections of some kind. Please read B’ Grade Definition before you purchase.
- All B’ Graded, Clearance & 3mtr Runs have a NO RETURN Policy. However, if you wish to contest this by emailing ( ) with a brief description of your issue and attach photos for illustration, we will be happy to open an investigation to assess if we can exchange or credit the goods in question.
A Grade / New Products
- Damaged Goods need to be reported within 3 working days of delivery. Goods can not be exchanged or refunded after that time.
- Goods returned damaged or faulty will be exchanged.
- Goods returned wrong colour or size may incur charges depending on liability.
- Goods returned unused and no longer needed will only be accepted in their original undamaged condition.
- Should any refunds be allowed at our digression you will incur a 15% transaction fee.
- Products that have been cut, made to measure or mixed to your requirements cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Appliances
- All appliances come with a standard 2 year manufactures warranty. Please find your warranty card inside the appliance for details of how to claim directly through the guarantee.
- You will need the Make & Model number along with the date and proof of purchase
- 4k's Kitchens can not accept returns on any appliances
